Overview

FloorScreed EP(R)-5341 is a high performance chemical resistance three component, epoxy floor screed. It provides a hard wearing floor finish for use in most industrial and commercial premises where a high quality chemical resistance is required. FloorScreed EP(R)-5341 is well suited for some chemicals to withstand temperature up to 120°C.

    • High resistance to corrosive chemicals, to oils, acid, alkali and many chemicals.
    • Excellent adhesion to concrete.
    • Very low shrinkage contributing to good dimension stability.
    • High mechanical strength, both tensile and compressive.
    • Abrasion resistance.

    • Compressive strength:> 40 N/mm2
    • Bond Strength: >2.5 N/mm2
    • Flexural Strength: 45 N/mm2
    • Tensile Shear Strength: 10 N/mm2

    • Minimum Thickness Required: 1 mm
    • Uses: For surface requiring high level of corrosion protection
    • Method of Application: trowel or squeegee
    • Application thickness: 500 micron -1.5 mm
