Ashapura Aroma Warehouse Flooring

New warehouse facility was constructed in year 2017. For dust free and heavy duty operation, client wanted to have flooring solution on cementitious surface. Floorscreed EP(L), two component self leveling epoxy flooring with special colour was chosen as a solution.

Ashapur Manufacturing Facility

For their manufacturing facility at Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane, cementitious flooring was constructed using additives Fibrecon Mono and Floorhard FerroStrong. The flooring further required additional properties, including chemical and solvent resistant, along with good abrasion resistance. Floorscreed EP(L) was designated to meet these specifications.

Dock Yard Control Panel Room Electrical Insulation Coating

Dock yards normally have high voltage cable control rooms. To ensure operator safety, all floors should be coated with high-performance electrical insulation to prevent electric shocks. At present, dock yard control floor is coated with Electrogard ELI-3300, which has breakdown voltage rating of more than 40 KV.

National Mineral Development Corporation

For the safety of operators, each control panel rooms shall be protected from electrical shocks. Electrogard ESI was needed to achieve the foolproof protection from such electrical shocks to operators.

Carpet Design with Microtop

The client was constructing a new bungalow, spread on 2400 ft² plot. There was a need for an innovative, classic and rustic floor design. Microtop was choosen to give uniqueness to the floor. The floor was designed to resemble a carpet, using a combination of Stencil and Staincrete. The project was completed in 2008.

Electric Insulation flooring in control room at Jio world, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, India

Electroscreed is a self leveling dielectric insulation coating. It was applied at a thickness of 1.5 mm after surface preparation and priming. Aqua blue colour was chosen to provide both aesthetics and performance.

The project has control panel rooms running to more than 100,000 square meters to be protected with shockproof flooring. As one of the selected refineries in India,Electrogard meets all the requirements for the project.
