Floorthane 5503

Floorthane® 5503 is a high-build, two-component self-smoothing polyurethane floor topping system, applied at 0.5–2 mm thickness, designed to protect surfaces against corrosion, abrasion, and chemical attack. It provides a seamless, flexible, and easy-to-clean finish with excellent adhesion to concrete, asphalt, wood, and steel. With very low shrinkage, high dimensional stability, and superior tensile and flexural strength, it ensures long-lasting performance. The system resists oils, fuels, and a wide range of chemicals while offering high abrasion resistance. Ideal for demanding environments, it is widely used in packaging, manufacturing, and warehousing areas with heavy foot or pallet truck traffic. Its durability makes it suitable for parking slabs, driveways, bridge decks, tunnels, sewage, and water treatment plants.
