Overview

Floorthane 5506 is a high build 2-component flexible polyurethane floor topping system, 0.3- 2mm thick to provide protection from corrosive chemicals and abrasion.

Advantage

    • Seamless finish with very low maintenance
    • Excellent adhesion to concrete, asphalt, wood, steel, being flexible
    • Very low shrinkage contributing to good dimension stability,
    • High mechanical strength, both tensile and flexural,
    • Resistance to oils, fuel, and many chemicals.
    • Abrasion resistance.

Specification Clause

    • Standard Colurs : Gray, Pale yellow, silver grey, green, sky blue, cream and many other colour shades.
    • Nature: two components (resin and hardener)
    • Tensile Shear Strength: >12 N/mm2
    • Coverage: 0.6 kg/0.5mm/m2

Technical Data

    • Uses: For use over concrete, asphalt, wood and steel where flexibility, easy to clean and chemical resistance surface is required.
    • Methos of Application: By metal trowel or dr. blade
    • Application Thickness: 0.3-2mm
    • Packing: 20 kg two pack composite pack
